Avocado Milk Shake

Avocado has numerous health benefits. It promotes heart health and lowers cholestrol.
This is a simple but refreshing drink.
It has only 3 ingredients. Avocado, Milk and Sugar. Add avocado pulp,milk and sugar to a blender and mix well. Amount of milk and sugar can be varied depending on taste. If you like your shake to be thick reduce the amount of milk and vice versa.
