Brinjal fry is a substitute for fish fry on our veggie mondays. Its easy to make and tasty too.
Ingredients:
1 brinjal cleaned and sliced
oil to shallow fry
To Marinate:
1 tsp chilly powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp lime juice
salt to taste
Method:
1.Marinate the brinjal slices.
2.Shallow fry the slices.
