1 cup aval
1/4 cup ground nut
1 chopped onion
3 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp ghee
1 pinch turmeric powder
salt to taste
Method:
1.Spray some water on the aval and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2.Add ghee to hot pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
3.Add garlic and saute till light brown.
4.Add onion,green chillies and coriander leaves.Saute for 2 minutes.
5.Add turmeric powder and saute till raw smell is gone.
6.Add aval and salt. Saute for 1 minute. Switch off the flame.
7.Garnish with roasted groundnuts and serve.
