This is another quick and easy to prepare breakfast item.Batter for this dosa can be prepared just before making it.
1 cup Wheat flour
1 chopped onion
3 chopped green chillies
1tbsp chopped curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
1.Add ghee to a pan and add mustard seeds.Let it splutter.
2.Add the onion,ginger,green chillies and curry leaves and saute till golden brown.
3.Add the chilly powder and asafoetida.
4.Switch off the flame and add this mixture to wheat flour.
5.Add water to the flour and make dosa batter.
6.Make dosas with the batter.
