To temper:
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 shallots chopped
1 spring curry leaves

3.Add coconut oil to a pan and roast the coconut and rest of the ingredients mentioned under 'To roast and powder' till coconut turns brown.Grind it to a smooth paste.
